The Bridge Program
Designed for those transitioning from physical therapy to a fitness routine, Joe works with the physical therapist to establish a safe plan that works on the problem areas that therapy corrected.

Personal Training
Following a fitness evaluation, clients will use a variety of techniques to improve their deficits including strength, flexibility, postural alignment, weight, and endurance.

Sports Performance Training
This program focuses on sport-specific training to enhance athlete performance and prevent injury.
